Your website and app are your digital storefronts and the experience your users have with it, will determine if they make a purchase from you or not. Consumers perceive your brand on the basis of experience they have with your digital products. So, it would not be wrong to say that an investment in the UI and UX design of your website and other digital assets is worth it.
UX design stands for ‘user experience design’, while UI refers to the term ‘user interface design’. User experience focuses on a human-centric approach to design products. It is the cumulative of what your customer feels when interacting with your digital products. User interface complements UX and solely refers to the look and feel of the product.
We, at The Talespinners, have a team of design specialists who work to optimise your website and apps so that they are effective, practical, and enjoyable to use. We simplify and enhance the interactions you have with your customers via your website or app. Our ground-breaking digital experiences are based on the 7 tenets of excellent UI/UX design:
- Valuable
- Accessible
- Desirable
- Credible
- Useful
- Usable
- Findable
We have a five-step process to design UI/UX seamlessly and proficiently:
1) Research – We deeply analyse the purpose of your product, define who your target audiences are, and discover what their expectations could be.
2) Storyboarding – We list down the use cases of your product and build detailed storyboards for each use case to create clarity.
3) Sketching and wireframes – We design wireframes that give a fair picture of how the end product interface would look like. In this phase we also define and enact the placement of call-to-action buttons.
4) Prototype and editing – We share work-in-progress prototypes with you for parallel review and evaluation and edit concurrently.
5) Visual output – At this stage, our UI/UX design is ready.
